In late 2023, a group of friends came together with a shared vision: to build something meaningful that empowers professionals to grow. After establishing our own careers, we recognized how many talented individuals were struggling. We watched our own friends struggle in a ravenous job market. Not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked refinement, positioning, and strategic guidance in a competitive job market.

There weren't professionals willing to provide the necessary feedback needed to understand all the existing nuances they may have had. In our own careers, we saw firsthand how capable, driven people were being overlooked. The issue wasn’t talent, it was translation! Strong skills were not being clearly communicated, and potential was getting lost in automated systems and crowded applicant pools.
